Why I started Fair Stay
I'm a Registered Estate Negotiator helping tenants find homes across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, from first-time renters to families and professionals moving here from abroad.
I kept seeing the same avoidable problems: overpaying rent, lost deposits, pressure to “sign today”.
This site is my answer: free, plain-English guides, and a registered person to call when you want help.

Registered, accountable and easy to verify
Only registered agents and RENs may legally market rentals for others in Malaysia. They are registered with LPEPH (Lembaga Penilai, Pentaksir, Ejen Harta Tanah dan Pengurus Harta, the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers).
