2. Information on this site

Our guides, area information and calculators are general information to help you understand renting in Malaysia. We work to keep them accurate and up to date, but:

• Rent figures are indicative only. They reflect typical asking rents at the time of writing and change with the market, building, unit and condition.
• Calculators give estimates. Deposits and fees depend on what you agree with the landlord. Stamp duty rules can change, so confirm with LHDN (HASiL).
• Nothing on this site is legal, tax or financial advice. For advice on your specific situation, consult a qualified professional.

3. Rental search service

When you send an enquiry, we will try to find suitable properties, but we cannot guarantee availability, rent levels or that a landlord will accept your application. Any tenancy is between you and the landlord. Fees, if any apply to you, will be confirmed in writing before we proceed.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on general information on this website.
